The Nashville Opera is one of the fastest growing opera communities in the nation and we are at an exciting time of expansion. We are particularly proud of Opera On Tour that takes a fully staged performance to many students and citizens throughout Middle Tennessee. Last year we visited 20 counties and performed for over 25,000 underserved students. Sponsorships and underwriting allows us to create an extensive study guide, other materials, and provide post-performance workshops. Opera On Tour also provides free community performances in Nashville and regionally at major venues, frequently collaborating with other arts organizations.
